Tawd Vale Gunners

Welcome to Tawd Vale Gunners. We are an airgun club based in Burscough, North West England.

We have decades of experience in providing a safe and fun environment for airgun enthusiasts to shoot. We have club facilities for most forms of air gun shooting, from tin can plinking to hosting national field target events.

Our club has around 100 members of all ages and abilities. If you are a newcomer looking to join an airgun club we have everything you need to try the sport. Simply contact us and arrange your first visit. Please do not visit the club until it has been arranged to make sure a committee member is present for your safety induction.

We Shoot Air Rifles.

Tawd Vale FT & ARC is an air rifle club, run by volunteers and members. Our goal is to provide a safe and friendly environment for people to enjoy the sport of air rifle target shooting.

Our club has facilities for Field Target, Hunter Field Target, a large plinking range and occasional use of a 10m pistol range. We are based outside and have under cover storage areas for visitors to take shelter under if the weather is bad including a 35 yard covered range.

Tawd Vale FT & ARC is a member of the North West Field Target Association and regularly hold regional and national Field Target competitions. We also run our own Hunter Field Target club league which members are welcome to take part in.

Throughout the year we also hold special events such as charity shoots, Christmas shoots, fun competitions and more. If you’re a beginner to airgun shooting and you’re looking for a club to join get in touch. We shoot every Sunday from 9am onwards.
